2014 Mirror Award finalists named, honor media reporting

The Mirror Awards announced the finalists for its annual media reporting awards today.

The Mirrors are given by Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. The awards “honor the reporters, editors and teams of writers who hold a mirror to their own industry for the public’s benefit.”

“More than 350 entries” were submitted this year, according to the awards’ website.

The list of finalists is published on the awards’ website.

The awards will be given June 4 at New York City’s Cipriani restaurant.
