ESPN wants "a judge to dismiss a part of Laurie Fine’s libel lawsuit" against the network because the network said it was "was accurate coverage of a legal document and court hearing," the Syracuse Post-Standard reported.

According to the Post-Standard, the dismissal motion only relates to "one of six parts" of the lawsuit. As we wrote in May, Mrs. Fine sued ESPN for its reporting on accusations against her husband, Bernie Fine.
