Tanzanian journalists attending Tanzania Sports Writers’ Association workshop last weekend were advised on sports reporting, the Daily News reported.

Two Tanzanian commissioners — Morgoro’s regional commissioner Joel Bendera and Kolisa District Commissioner Halima Dendego — commented that sports journalists should report professionally, fairly and constructively.

Also at the workshop, journalists were instructed on “how to best report different sports.”  Read more about the workshop here.
