Australian online newsletter editor, Mal Davies, must pay $100,000 to Australian anti-animal cruelty charity after a New South Wales Supreme Court judge found the newsletter’s March 19 article on the RSPCA libelous, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.

Davies edits SOS-News newsletter.

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, “The defamatory [comments] included that RSPCA NSW was a cruel organisation in that it executed healthy cows for no reason” and killed a farmer’s cows “in an inhumane way.”
