UK’s The People newspaper published an 8-year-old picture of Prince William partying with headline “So how was the Stag Do, Wills?” as if it was from his recent bachelor party, Tabloid Watch reported.

Tabloid Watch accused UK newspaper The People of misleading readers because while the headline suggests the picture is from his recent bachelor party, the story accompanying the photo explains the photo is from a 2002 birthday party and from before he even started dating Middleton.

The Media Blog noted that the photos were “circulated widely online in 2002.”
