Fox Latin America apologized to readers for a Facebook poll, the Associated Press reported.

According to the AP, a staff member created a poll on Facebook asking readers “who they think is responsible for the death of Christ: Pontius Pilate, The Jewish People or the High Priests.”

The AP explained that the poll was taken down “immediately.” Nonetheless, in iMediaEthics view, for what seems clearly designed to elicit hateful and divisive feedback, a simple “apology” does not seem sufficient enough action by the Fox network.
