Bernard Arnault claims that French newspaper Liberation‘s headline calling him a “rich jerk” is “public insult,” “vulgar and violent,” the Guardian reported.

Arnault, whom the Guardian identified as “France’s richest man” and the “head of the LVMH luxury group,” filed a Sept. 10 lawsuit.

Reuters explained the headline was related over Arnault’s “decision to seek Belgian nationality” around the same time France’s president “gave details of a 2013 budget that includes a 75 percent supertax on top earners.”
