MSNBC suspended its analyst Mark Halperin indefinitely  for using “foul language” on air about President Barack Obama, Reuters reported. Halperin is also Time magazine’s editor.

Halperin reportedly asked and was told that the network was “on the seven-second delay”  –which could edit out any comments.  Then he called Obama a “d***.”  He reportedly apologized on air, and then in a statement, calling his comment “unacceptable,”

In a statement, MSNBC apologized. “Mark Halperin’s comments this morning were completely inappropriate and unacceptable. We apologize to the President, The White House and all of our viewers. We strive for a high level of discourse and comments like these have no place on our air.”
