The Wall Street Journal issued a brief correction to its Oct. 15, 2011 article on rice fritters.

The article incorrectly stated: “Mr. Stryjewski likes to use long-grain Louisiana rice sourced from fields west of the city and around Lafayette, the state capital.”

The correction reads:

“Baton Rouge is the capital of Louisiana. An earlier version of this article incorrectly said Lafayette is the capital of Louisiana.”
