Reporters without Borders, the nonprofit advocacy group, released its 2010 Press Freedom Index Oct. 20.   The index praised countries like Sweden, Iceland and Finland, and condemned Rwanda, North Korea, Syria, Yemen and Burma.  The nonprofit also “expressed its concern” over press freedom in the European Union, specifically in Italy, Bulgaria, Romania and Greece.
