The Press Complaints Commission reported that The People newspaper violated a man’s privacy by publishing an un-blurred photo in a report about the man’s ex-wife.

The People is a UK newspaper that states it has a circulation of about 500,000 in the past five months.

The newspaper apologized for accidentally violating his identity.  The October 2010 article in question was headlined “Late Blooming Lesbians.”
