The Daily Mail will pay Roger Moore’s wife, Lady Moore, “substantial damages” for its Oct. 8, 2010 article claiming that she ” had an affair with 74-year-old Taki Theodoracopulos and a 90-year-old man in 1958 on the French Riviera,” the Guardian reported.

The Mail’s story was based on another “claim by Theodoracopulos” about “a woman named Kiki.” However, Moore indicated that it wasn’t possible for her to be the woman in question and that the newspaper didn’t contact Moore before running its story, according to the Guardian.
