The dean of Washington State University’s communication college has written a book about Middle Eastern media called “The new Arab Journalist:  Mission and Identity in a Time of Turmoil,” the Daily Evergreen reported.

The dean, Lawrence Pintak, “aims to dissolve stereotypes of Arab journalists and help Americans and policy makers better understand Middle Eastern media” via the book.  The book will be released in February.
