However, Lawyers for actor Tom Cruise have NOT threatened to sue AFlyOnTheWall.com over its reports. AFlyOnTheWall.com has no reports. AFlyOnTheWall.com is for sale by MostWantedDomains.com for $10,000. The web address, while called “A Fly On The Wall,” should have been properly listed as AFlyOnTheWall.JournalSpace.com
Additionally, it is false to state that “A report supposedly outlining the star’s demands on the set of ’Mission Impossible 3‘ was removed from the Web.” The report was removed from the “A Fly On The Wall” blog, but Google still has the page cached, and you can thus still see the “report supposedly outlining the star’s demands” on the Web.
AFlyOntheWall.com did not claim “to have received a copy of an eight-page, single-spaced memo from Paramount, detailing how Cruise’s room is to be prepared, how he is to be addressed, and who is allowed to use his cell phone.” AFlyOnTheWall.Journalspace.com did.
According to AFlyOnTheWall.JournalSpace.com, “handlers at Cruise/Wagner Productions recently issued an intricately detailed, eight-page, single-spaced memo with more than one hundred ‘musts’ related to his visit. A friend at Paramount faxed me a copy today.”
While they collaborate at times, Cruise/Wagner Productions is not Paramount, and Paramount is not Cruise/Wagner Productions. And while AFlyOntheWall.JournalSpace.com is a blog, AFlyOnTheWall.com is not.
