UK magazine Heat apologized to Kate Middleton for December photo of her shopping, the Press Complaints Commission reported.
The magazine apologized after complaints to the PCC over the photo for privacy and harassment, according to the PCC’s report on the incident.
The apology reads: “In our 3-9 December magazine, we published a photograph taken of The Duchess of Cambridge while shopping in a store. We now accept that we should not have done so and apologise to her for our actions.”
