U.S. President Barack Obama born in Kenya? Yahoo News made that mistake in a recent article.
According to Mediaite, in a June 21 article, Yahoo News reported that Obama wouldn’t “be stopping at the country of his birth” in Africa. Obama was born in Hawaii.
Yahoo News has since published a correction on the article, but Huffington Post published a screenshot of the inaccurate version of the article (below):

The correction reads:
“Correction: An earlier version of this story incorrectly identified the president’s birthplace.”
