Ghana’s information minister, John Tia Akologu called on Ghanaian journalists to follow ethics codes, Ghana News Agency reported.

Akolgu made his request during a meeting with the National Executive Committee of Ghana Journalists Association.  According to Ghana News Agency, Akologu argued that the media is exhibiting political bias and that journalism standards in the country “had fallen.”
