A UK judge, Lord Neuberger, established “new guidance” for injunctions in the UK, the Guardian reported.

The rules call for “all ‘interested party’ newspapers and broadcasters” to be told about any injunction by a “public figure” — even if the injunction only specifies an “individual single media outlet.”
