NPR’s On the Media reported that the Wall Street Journal edited an online editorial post-publication to cut its inaccurate assertion that “Islamic extremists” were responsible for the “Oslo attacks.”

LA Observed explained that the Journal noted “at our first deadline reports indicated that the attacks were the work of a jihadist group,” but that “later” reports revealed the shooting suspect had “no previously known ties to Islamist groups.”
