The Washington Post's public editor Patrick Pexton wrote about a photo mishap at the newspaper that suggested Supreme Court justice Antonin Scalia had died.
In a blog, Pexton explained the Post's Oct. 2 obituary of Peter Terpeluk Jr included a mis-cropped photo of Terpeluk and Scalia. The error ended up with Scalia's photo being used with Terpeluk's photo. |
