Associated Newspapers-owned Irish Mail on Sunday is in court over its wraparound.

As iMediaEthics has reported, the Irish Mail on Sunday was criticized in February for its wraparound cover with Irish newspaper the Tribune’s masthead.  The Tribune has since closed because of financial problems.

The Guardian’s Roy Greenslade noted that the Mail on Sunday’s publisher, Associated Newspapers, is now in court over the wraparound.  The Tribune’s receiver sued the Associated Newspapers.  A judge recently called on the Tribune’s receiver to “provide security for the legal costs of his action” however, as the Irish Times reported.
