The National Labor Relations Board is suing Reuters for “reprimanding a reporter,” Deborah Zabarenko, because the employee tweeted critically of Reuters, the New York Times reported.

The employee tweeted “One way to make this the best  place to work is to deal honestly with [newspaper] Guild members” in response to a supervisor’s request that employees “send postings about how to make Reuters the best place to work.”

The Times reported that the labor board claims Reuters is breaking the employee’s “right to discuss working conditions.”
