The Courier-Mail in Australia published a photo of ISIS doctor Tareq Kamleh with another doctor last week and may now get sued, Australian media news site Crikey reported.

Kamleh, a doctor, left Australia to join ISIS.

The Courier-Mail has unpublished the article and photo in question.

Even though the Courier-Mail disclosed that the other doctor in the photo with Kamleh, a former colleague, isn’t affiliated with ISIS, the man — who hasn’t been IDed — wants to sue.

“There is no suggestion [the doctor pictured] is involved with Kamleh or ISIS,” the Courier-Mail said in its photo caption, according to Crikey, which reported based on anonymous sources the man wasn’t contacted by the Courier-Mail for comment before publication.

iMediaEthics has written to the Courier-Mail’s parent company News Corp. Australia for comment.
