As iMediaEthics previously wrote, Righthaven, the company filing lawsuits on behalf of the Las Vegas Review-Journal and Denver Post’s copyright, has been fined by a court for “misleading” the court.

Now, Stephens Media, which owns the Review-Journal and gets half the “revenue from R-J lawsuits,” is rejecting claims there is any fraud involved with the company, Vegas Inc reported.
