The Legal Times reported July 28 that Shirley Sherrod’s lawsuit against Andrew Breitbart will not be dismissed. According to the Legal Times, the judge, Richard Leon, decided against “motions to dismiss or relocate” the lawsuit.

As iMediaEthics has previously written, former USDA official Shirley Sherrod filed the lawsuit against Andrew Breitbart, one of his employees Larry O’Connor, and “John Doe” in February after Breitbart published an edited video clip that led to her 2010 firing.
