A fake Twitter account purporting to be New York Post reporter Mark Moore shared pro-Iran propaganda. Now, that account has been suspended by Twitter, the Daily Beast reported.

The account tweeted “a series of fake stories pumping out pro-Iranian regime propaganda and attacking adversaries of the Islamic Republic,” according to the Daily Beast, which noted Moore doesn’t tweet.

iMediaEthics has written to both Moore and the Post for more information about this incident, including how it found out about the fake account.
