Philly.com apologized after publishing a naked (NSFW-- not suitable for work) photo of a woman's breast, Jim Romenesko reported.

According to Romenesko, Philly.com executive producer of entertainment's Leah Kauffman called the "inappropriate" photo's publication "a production glitch."

The photo accompanied the Philly.com story "Dan Gross: Bolaris' fiancee sends titillating tweets."

The statement sent to Romenesko was also posted as an "Editor's Note" at the bottom of the article in question.
